Aslina has nearly two decades of experience in the fitness industry. Starting out as a Personal Trainer, she gained broad cross functional experience through various roles in managing operations, driving revenue and developing talent with leading international gym chains including Singapore’s first mega gym chain California Fitness. Her most recent role prior to joining Imagene Labs was Regional Vice President at Celebrity Fitness, one of South East Asia’s biggest fitness center operators who dominate the Indonesia and Malaysian markets. Her role covered the lengths of business improvement projects, membership life management and skills development within teams. Having once based herself in the Indonesian and Malaysia capitals, this born and bred Singaporean loves connecting with people and experiencing the different cultural nuances of working in trans-national ecosystems.
